About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

CAM Clinical Sales – Asia-Pacific Growth Markets
Location: Singapore or Seoul — field-based (up to 70% travel)
Our client is an international medical technology company whose non-invasive, image-guided therapy platform is changing how neurological conditions are treated. Their technology allows hospitals to treat patients without conventional open surgery and is in clinical use at leading neuroscience centers worldwide. With a growing installed base across Asia-Pacific, the company is investing in the commercial leadership needed to move its therapy from early adoption towards standard of care in the region.
The Role
Reporting to the regional Managing Director, the CAM Clinical Sales role owns treatment adoption across the company's installed-base hospital sites in its Asia-Pacific growth markets, working directly with sites and alongside local distribution partners. This is not a capital equipment sales role: success is measured by the number of patients treated, year-on-year utilization growth at each account, and how quickly newly launched sites reach high performance.
Requirements
7–10 years of success in medical device sales, combining strong individual performance with progressively increasing leadership responsibility
Bachelor's degree in science, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Commercial experience in movement disorders and/or in driving clinical program growth, with strong sales acumen and a process-driven approach
5+ years in a start-up or early-stage commercial environment
Demonstrated ability to coach and manage people
Proficient with Salesforce, including extracting data to build meaningful reports for analysis and strategic planning
Analytical reasoning combined with creative problem-solving, delivering practical solutions for customers quickly
Strong communication skills with internal teams, customers, and distributors; able to articulate a regional growth strategy and rally stakeholders around timely execution
Critical, big-picture thinking and the ability to align day-to-day work with the strategic plan
Independent, dependable, and accountable
Fluent spoken and written English
Highly organized, able to prioritize extensive, purposeful travel (up to 70%) for fieldwork with partners, customer sites, and national and international conferences
Nice to Have
5+ years implementing a novel product and growing procedure volume in new accounts or markets by influencing both clinical and administrative stakeholders
An additional Asian language
Responsibilities
Own treatment adoption across the region and achieve the annual procedure target
Engage directly with installed-base accounts, alongside distribution partners where applicable, through a structured framework for building strategic relationships and expanding clinical adoption
Analyze the root causes of patient drop-off at each site and implement solutions that maximize utilization
Design and run structured patient referral pathways between neurology departments and the wider healthcare ecosystem to accelerate patient throughput
Foster alignment between neurologists and neurosurgeons to build comprehensive, patient-centered care pathways and the site infrastructure to support them
Co-develop site-specific launch plans and timelines so that new sites scale treatment volumes quickly
Present data-driven strategic plans to the Managing Director to improve team effectiveness and clinical performance, including concentrating effort on the highest-potential sites and more efficient treatment-day scheduling
Translate clinical and market insights into a growth plan for each site, with a clear focus on the core movement disorder indications and education programs that build clinician and patient confidence
Lead market awareness and advocacy initiatives with the regional strategy and marketing team
Work with the service team to minimize equipment downtime and to manage service contracts and partner inquiries
Collaborate with the clinical applications team so that every site reaches a high level of treatment proficiency
Ensure the accuracy of partners' weekly reports, treatment forecasts, and installed-base status updates for management reporting
Contribute as a team player to the wider regional growth strategy and the therapy's path to standard of care
