About Prime Connect
Prime Connect is a fast-growing business vertical within Square Yards, focused on helping Channel Partners grow their primary real estate business through better payouts, incentives, and closure support.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong Channel Partner (CP) network.
Identify and onboard new Retail Channel Partners (RCPs).
Develop relationships with developers and real estate projects.
Meet CPs, conduct market visits, workshops, and events.
Generate consistent business through partner relationships.
Achieve monthly business and performance targets.
Who Are We Looking For?
2–3 years of experience in Real Estate / Channel Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and proactive.
Comfortable with field sales and market visits.
High-energy person with a strong growth mindset.
Own vehicle is mandatory.
