Vice President of Finance And Operations

Role Description The Vice President of Finance and Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing financial management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning for Gruppo de Laurentiis & Sarraco FinecoBank Milano. This position leads the finance and operations teams, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, while maintaining robust internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting financial statements and reports, optimizing processes and systems, and providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement in both financial and operational performance.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, including experience with Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements.
Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and strategic actions.
Proven leadership experience overseeing finance and operations teams in a complex organization.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
Knowledge of banking or financial services industry standards and regulatory environments is preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) is an asset.
