The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic HR leader responsible for shaping proactive talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and workforce needs.
This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to anticipate hiring requirements and build scalable recruitment approaches across North America.
You will drive improvements across the full-cycle recruiting funnel, leveraging technology, analytics, and innovative practices to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
The position also works closely with employment marketing teams to strengthen employer positioning, attract high-quality talent, and optimize recruitment campaigns.
Using recruiting data and talent insights, you will measure performance, identify opportunities, and guide decisions that improve hiring outcomes.
You will also build strong relationships with external recruiting partners while ensuring compliant, equitable, and consistent hiring practices.
