Role Description The Intern Accounts & Finance – Financial Preparation role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will assist in preparing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, and supporting daily bookkeeping activities. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, assisting with data entry for invoices and expenses, and helping with basic financial analysis and reporting. The intern will coordinate with senior team members to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation, support account management tasks, and respond to internal and client queries related to finance. This role offers hands-on exposure to professional accounting practices and financial operations in a consulting environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is must.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a basic understanding of Finance concepts.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills and a customer-focused approach to Customer Service.
Candidates should possess foundational Account Management abilities and an interest in client-facing financial work.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and collaborate within a professional team setting.
