We're not looking for employees. We're looking for people who want to build a career in B2B sales and are willing to earn it. You will start as a Sales Development Rep, booking meetings with business owners for our sales team, and we train and coach you to grow toward Account Executive. Pay is performance based, there is no base salary, and reps typically earn between $1,500 and $2,000 per month while they ramp. If you want guaranteed base pay, this is not the role for you. We are looking for thick skin, a student mentality, self awareness, and professional level English speaking ability. Experience is a bonus, we will train you. If you are selected you will complete a short assessment.
