Microsoft 365 Identity & Collaboration Engineer (SC-300 + MS-700)

About the role
You will deploy secure, AI-ready Microsoft 365 for SMB customers: Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, identity governance) together with Teams, SharePoint and Copilot readiness.
What you'll do
- Design and roll out Entra ID P1/P2: Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, PIM, access reviews, app SSO.
- Deploy and govern Teams (policies, apps, meetings, rooms), SharePoint/OneDrive and Microsoft 365 Apps.
- Run adoption and activation projects and document outcomes.
- Prepare tenants for Microsoft 365 Copilot (identity, access and oversharing controls).
Must have
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) AND Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700), held by the same person.
- A verifiable Microsoft Learn transcript or badge link.
- Willingness to link your Microsoft Learn profile to TRUE.org's Microsoft partner organization in Partner Center.
- 2+ years administering Entra ID and Teams in production tenants.
Nice to have: MD-102 Endpoint Administrator, MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, SC-401, AI Agent Builder Associate.
