Murex MxMl

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain MxML interfaces for trade booking, market data, static data, payments, and reporting.
Configure MxML Exchange workflows (inbound/outbound), including pre/post processing and validation rules.
Manage the full lifecycle of interfaces: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Work with XML/XSLT, Murex Datamodel, dictionaries, and static data mappings.
Monitor and troubleshoot MxML processing issues (real-time and batch), including message failures and delays.
Interface with internal teams (FO/MO/BO), external vendors, and infrastructure groups to manage data flows and message delivery.
Support system upgrades, data migrations, and interface regression testing.
Maintain interface documentation, schemas, and workflow diagrams.
Required Skills :
3+ years of hands-on experience with Murex MxML Exchange (Murex 3.x).
Deep understanding of MxML messaging, workflow configurations, gateways, and integration topologies.
Proficient in XML, XSLT, and scripting languages (Shell, Python or Perl).
Good knowledge of Murex data model (trades, products, events, static/reference data).
Familiarity with message queues (e.g., IBM MQ, Solace), FTP/SFTP, SOAP/RESTAPIs.
Strong SQL and Oracle knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
Experience with messaging formats like FpML, SWIFT, and custom schemas.
Solid understanding of trade lifecycle processes and front-to-back systemintegrations
