Communication Trainer

Role Description The Communication Trainer will support TNC Aviation training programs by designing and delivering communication-focused sessions for aspiring cabin crew members. This contract, remote role involves conducting online training workshops, developing practical communication exercises, and providing constructive feedback to learners on their spoken and written communication. The trainer will collaborate with training coordinators to align communication modules with aviation and safety standards, and adapt content for diverse learner backgrounds. Daily activities include preparing lesson plans, updating training materials, tracking learner progress, and reporting outcomes to the training team. We are looking for experienced Cabin Crew Instructors and Communication Trainers to join our training team on a freelance contract basis.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Intercultural Communication skills, with the ability to train learners from diverse backgrounds.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, Aviation Management or a related field
CELTA / TESOL / TEFL or equivalent certification is an advantage for Communication Trainers
Relevant Cabin Crew / Aviation Training certifications will be an added advantage
Strong command of spoken and written English
Excellent presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of aviation industry and cabin crew requirements
Experience in conducting online training sessions
Ability to provide structured and meaningful learner feedback
Strong lesson planning and training-content development skills
Responsibility
Conduct engaging online training sessions for aspiring cabin crew candidates
Deliver training in English communication, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary and fluency
Develop and deliver practical communication activities and exercises
Prepare candidates for airline interviews, group discussions and professional interactions
Train candidates in professional communication, confidence, customer service and workplace etiquette
Use aviation-related scenarios and real-world examples to enhance learning
Assess candidate performance and provide constructive, individualised feedback
Track learner progress and share regular performance updates
Adapt training methods to suit candidates from diverse backgrounds
Collaborate with the training team to align sessions with aviation and airline requirements
