Location: Bangalore
Amazon India is looking for a Category Associate to support the day-to-day operations of the Precious Jewelry business. This is an execution-focused role involving catalog management, seller coordination, deals, pricing, inventory, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor pricing, inventory, catalog quality, and A+ content for Precious Jewelry ASINs.
Coordinate with sellers to resolve pricing, listing, inbound, and catalog issues.
Support deals and coupon participation during key events and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain trackers, scorecards, and operational reports.
Follow up with sellers on invoices and flag aging issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller-side blockers and ensure timely closure.
What We're Looking For
Graduate with 0–2 years of experience; e-commerce/category operations experience is a plus.
Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and basic formulas.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
