Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive measurable results for clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas includes managing performance metrics, tracking budgets, and preparing regular reports and insights to improve campaign efficiency and ROI. The specialist will collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to align performance marketing strategies with overall brand and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include audience and keyword research, setting up and monitoring ad campaigns, A/B testing creatives and landing pages, coordinating with external partners or platforms, and staying current with performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze audiences, competitors, and industry trends, and translate findings into effective campaign strategies.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand conversion funnels, optimize for lead generation or revenue, and support business growth objectives.
Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to design, implement, and refine performance marketing plans that align with broader brand and campaign goals.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to client needs, manage expectations, and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and performance tracking dashboards is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, optimize budgets, and make evidence-based recommendations.
Experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing environments, preferably in performance-focused roles, is an advantage.
A relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
