About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional with 2–5years of experience who has strong hands-on expertise in digital marketing and a good understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and technologies.
The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing campaigns, content creation, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Build marketing strategies aligned with business and product goals.
· Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Email, WhatsApp, SEO, and other relevant channels.
· Research target audiences, customers, competitors, and markets.
· Define positioning, messaging, offers, channels, budgets, funnels, and KPIs.
· Manage campaign setup, tracking, conversion measurement, and reporting.
· Optimize audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages, and offers through A/B testing.
· Track and improve CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
· Identify underperforming campaigns and independently take corrective action.
· Manage budgets and coordinate with design, content, development, sales, and product teams.
· Identify new channels, trends, and growth opportunities.
