About the Role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AHV Hypervisor L3 Engineer to provide advanced-level support for Nutanix AHV virtualization environments. The candidate will handle complex technical issues, troubleshooting, performance optimization, RCA and infrastructure support.
Responsibilities
Provide L3 support for Nutanix AHV/virtualization environments.
Troubleshoot complex AHV, VM, cluster and virtualization issues.
Manage and troubleshoot Nutanix clusters, CVM and AHV hosts.
Perform VM provisioning, migration, cloning and resource management.
Troubleshoot CPU, memory, storage and network performance issues.
Handle VM HA, live migration and cluster-related incidents.
Analyze alerts, logs and performance metrics and perform RCA.
Work on Nutanix upgrades, patches and lifecycle management.
Troubleshoot networking including VLAN, NIC, OVS and network connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot Nutanix storage including Storage Containers, NFS/iSCSI and performance issues.
Coordinate with OEM/vendor support for complex escalations.
Maintain documentation, incident records and knowledge base.
