Every day we search for the right people for our clients, speak with candidates and help them reach their joining date. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be part of that process from the first search to the first day on the job, and you will learn how professional recruiters work.
Your day-to-day
- Search for candidates on job portals, professional networks and social platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles against the role requirements
- Call or message shortlisted candidates to check interest, availability and basic fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates until they confirm, join or decline
- Update hiring trackers and daily sourcing reports accurately
- Help draft clear job posts for different roles
You are a good fit if
- You communicate confidently in English and Hindi
- You are comfortable speaking to new people over calls and messages
- You follow up without being reminded
- You are organised and can handle many candidates at once
- You keep candidate information private
- You have a laptop and a stable internet connection for full-time remote work
Nice to have, not required
- Basic use of LinkedIn, Naukri or similar portals
- Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking
- Interest in healthcare or IT hiring
Who can apply
- Final-year students and recent graduates from BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, B.Sc or any stream with strong communication skills
- Freshers who want a career in HR or recruitment are welcome, and prior experience is not required
- You must be available to work full-time for the internship period
