Role Overview
We are looking for a Logistics Associate with 2–4 years of experience in the E-commerce domain, with hands-on exposure to D2C, Marketplace and Quick Commerce logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end logistics operations across D2C, Marketplaces and Quick Commerce.
Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, RTOs and escalations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors.
Monitor TATs, shipment performance and logistics costs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain logistics MIS and track operational performance.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in E-commerce Logistics.
Strong understanding of D2C, Marketplace & Quick Commerce operations.
Strong vendor network and relationship management skills.
Good coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
