Why this role exists
Projects go wrong when nobody agrees on what the problem is. At Medinex Workforce, we work with clients, recruiters and internal teams, and each of them sees the same project differently. As a Business Analysis Intern, you will help everyone agree on what needs to be done, write it down clearly and track it until it is delivered. You will learn how a business need turns into a plan that a team can actually follow.
Your day-to-day
- Capture requirements from client calls, team discussions and emails
- Write user stories, requirement notes and process documents
- Map current workflows and point out delays, gaps and repeated work
- Analyse data in Excel to back up your recommendations
- Prepare short reports and presentations for managers
- Follow up with teams on task progress and update the project tracker
- Help check finished work against the agreed requirements
You are a good fit if
- You write and speak clear English
- You are comfortable with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- You break big problems into small, manageable steps
- You ask good questions before assuming anything
- You are organised and follow up without being reminded
- You have a laptop and a stable internet connection for full-time remote work
Nice to have, not required
- Basic flowchart skills using Draw.io, Lucidchart or Miro
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Jira
- A case study or sample document you have written
Who can apply
- Final-year students and recent graduates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA, MCA or any stream with strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-taught learners who can share a project, case study or certificate
- Freshers are welcome, and prior work experience is not required
- You must be available to work full-time for the internship period

Working schedule
