About the Role
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to manage the finance function of our fast-growing FMCG business, with a strong focus on cost control, profitability, financial planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting and MIS.
Handle product costing, cost analysis and profitability.
Monitor raw material, packaging, production, inventory and overhead costs.
Analyse budget vs. actuals, cost variances and margins.
Manage GST, TDS, taxation, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Monitor inventory accounting, working capital, receivables and payables.
Strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
Coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams including Production, Procurement, Sales and Operations.
Provide management with financial insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
CA Qualified with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing preferred.
Strong understanding of costing, profitability, taxation, GST, MIS and financial reporting.
Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems.
