Why the role exists
The manager owns delivery of client commitments, balancing scope, people and timelines across several active projects. Delivery here means client service levels, transition projects and steady-state accounts running in parallel.
What you would run
Own delivery of multiple projects against scope, schedule and budget
Plan resources across teams and resolve conflicts between projects
Run status reviews and keep clients informed with honest updates
Manage risks, dependencies and change requests
Step in on escalations and agree recovery plans
Coach project managers and team leads
Track delivery metrics such as utilisation, slippage and client satisfaction
Who we want
7 to 12 years in delivery or programme management
Graduate degree in engineering, management or a related subject
Experience delivering client projects and leading project managers
Strong planning, estimation and stakeholder skills
Comfort with project tools and delivery reporting
Calm handling of escalations
Extras we value
PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum credentials
Experience with both agile and fixed-scope delivery
Experience managing distributed teams
