Role Description The SAP Consultant will work in a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client business processes, designing and configuring SAP solutions, and ensuring effective integration across SAP modules and external systems. The role involves managing master data, performing system testing, and supporting deployments to deliver efficient, scalable solutions aligned with client objectives. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct workshops, prepare documentation, and provide end-user training and post-implementation support. The individual is expected to contribute to continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and leveraging data-driven insights.

Candidates should possess strong consulting and business process skills to understand client needs, map requirements, and design effective SAP solutions.
Candidates should possess robust analytical skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
Candidates should possess solid expertise in master data management to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across SAP environments.
Candidates should possess integration skills to configure and support interfaces between SAP modules and external systems or applications.
Relevant experience with SAP implementation, configuration, and support (e.g., in core modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or others) is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven or AI-enabled environments and familiarity with agile delivery methodologies is an advantage.
