Inside Sales Executive

Zenius provides vetted virtual assistants from India to businesses around the world. We are looking for an inside sales executive to speak with businesses interested in hiring a VA, recommend the right fit, and turn them into paying clients.
Full-time: 9 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, fully remote.
Flexible with timing
Your regular shift is 12:00 to 21:00 EAT
You must be available for discovery calls booked just outside your shift, between 11:00 and 12:00 or between 21:00 and 22:00 EAT
On those days, your shift is adjusted so you still work 9 hours.
Pay: fixed monthly salary plus commission.
Commission
A one-time commission for every full-time or part-time VA you place with a client
Commission is paid once the VA completes 3 months with the client
What you will do
Discovery calls (main focus): run sales calls on Zoom or Google Meet with businesses that enquired on our website, learn what they need, recommend the right VA setup, explain pricing, and close the deal
Follow-ups: follow up by email, phone or video call until they decide
Website chat: answer enquiries and book discovery calls
Cold calling: call prospects and book discovery calls with those who are interested
CRM: keep every lead and deal up to date
Requirements
Based in Kenya, with excellent spoken English
Clear, confident spoken English
Experience in inside sales, business development, or account management, ideally running discovery calls and closing deals
A consultative selling style: you listen first and recommend what fits, without pushing
Confident discussing pricing and handling objections
Good written English for emails and chat
Laptop, headset, webcam, quiet space, stable internet, and power backup
Willing to take occasional discovery calls up to an hour before or after your shift
Nice to have: experience selling outsourcing, VA, BPO, or recruitment services.
