About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to own and lead our paid media, social media and brand building across multiple business verticals. You should be equally comfortable building a campaign strategy, optimising live ads, and presenting performance numbers to leadership. You will be accountable for lead generation — not just campaign delivery — and for how our brands look and feel, from visual identity to campaign creative direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Lead Generation
Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads across all business verticals
Own the full campaign lifecycle — strategy, audience targeting, creative briefing, budget management and performance optimisation
Drive lead generation for B2C verticals (retail, education, bookings) and B2B verticals (corporate services, broking, real estate concepts)
Monitor and improve key metrics: cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates and conversion rates
Coordinate with the creative and content teams so campaign assets are delivered on time and aligned to brief
Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategy across all brand handles — content cadence, platform priorities and audience growth targets
Oversee content scheduling and publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
Drive consistent follower growth and engagement across all active brand handles
Set up and manage automated DM and lead qualification flows on social platforms
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes and content formats
Brand Building & Visual Direction
Define and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, tone of voice and design language across all verticals
Build distinct brand positioning for each vertical while keeping it cohesive under the group identity
Set the visual direction for every major campaign and brief the design and video team before launch
Review creative output from the design team to keep quality high and every asset on-brand
Create or direct premium brand collateral: social creatives, pitch decks, brochures and one-pagers
Test multiple creative variants on key campaigns and iterate visuals based on performance data
Run regular brand audits to catch inconsistencies and drive alignment across teams
AI & Automation
Use AI-powered ad tools for automated targeting, bidding and campaign optimisation
Implement automation workflows for lead capture, CRM entry and follow-up sequences
Use AI tools for ad copy, creative briefs and audience research to multiply output
Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools that improve campaign performance or team productivity
Requirements:
Experience & Skills
3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, independently managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Proven track record managing multi-brand or multi-vertical paid campaigns simultaneously
Strong social media management experience — strategy, content calendars, platform growth, scheduling
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Experience with CRM platforms for lead tracking and pipeline management
Ability to build and present weekly performance reports clearly and confidently
Familiarity with campaign automation tools and performance dashboards
Brand & Design Skills
Strong visual sense with a portfolio showing brand identity, campaign creatives and social media work
Experience briefing, directing and reviewing a design or creative team
Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI or Midjourney
What Makes You the Right Fit
You think in leads, CPL and ROAS — not just impressions and reach
You are proactive: campaigns are always-on, not waiting for someone to brief you
You are uncomfortable leaving manual work that can be automated
You own your numbers — if a target is missed, you know why and have a fix ready
You actively use AI tools to do more with less
You communicate clearly to senior leadership — reporting is a strength, not a chore
What We Offer
Ownership of a multi-vertical lead generation function with direct visibility to senior leadership
A full tools and technology budget — every resource you need to perform at your best
A dynamic, growing group company across music, capital markets and lifestyle sectors
Performance-linked career growth — strong results translate into expanded scope and compensation
An AI-first team culture where automation is encouraged and manual work is actively reduced
