Rate: €600-€650/day Gross

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager – Digital Identity to lead the delivery of European digital identity solutions in a regulated environment.
The role combines technical project management, IAM/digital identity expertise, eIDAS knowledge and EU governance experience.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of professional experience.
Strong Technical Project Management experience.
Hands-on understanding of Digital Identity / IAM.
Knowledge of eIDAS / EU Digital Identity Wallet.
Experience with PKI, Trust Services and/or Verifiable Credentials.
Experience within EU or national governance/policy environments.
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
Fluent English.
Key Responsibilities
Lead digital identity projects from planning through delivery.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical deliverables.
Coordinate technical teams, EU stakeholders and suppliers.
Support solutions involving IAM, PKI, trust services and verifiable credentials.
Review technical designs and implementation proposals.
Manage risks, dependencies, issues and change.
Support EU governance, steering committees and acceptance processes.
Communicate technical and regulatory topics to business and technical stakeholders.
