Business Development Executive (2-3 Years)

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven BDE – Bidding to generate new business opportunities through project bidding and convert them into successful IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
Research client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Communicate with potential clients and understand their project requirements.
Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into projects.
Manage the sales process from bidding to negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with technical teams for proposals, estimates, and project requirements.
Achieve monthly bidding, conversion, and revenue targets.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in IT bidding / Business Development.
Proven experience in bidding and winning IT projects.
Good understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software, AI/ML, SaaS, etc.
Strong proposal writing, communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
