Civil Site Supervisor - 2 wheeler Mandatory , Immediate

Role Description The Civil Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with a two-wheeler mandatory for daily site travel. The role involves overseeing civil work at project sites, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring that construction activities follow approved drawings, standards, and timelines. The Civil Site Supervisor will monitor daily site operations, track work progress, and implement quality control measures to meet safety and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include resolving on-site issues, maintaining work logs, reporting status to management, and ensuring materials and resources are used efficiently. The role requires regular interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead on-site teams and manage daily operations effectively.
Candidates should possess Site Supervision and On Site coordination skills to oversee civil activities and ensure adherence to plans and safety norms.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to inspect work, identify defects, and ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in civil site supervision.
Mandatory ownership and use of a two-wheeler for regular site visits in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.
Knowledge of construction materials, civil work methods, and basic safety regulations.
Ability to maintain documentation, daily reports, and basic project records; familiarity with MS Office or similar tools is beneficial
