Architect

Role Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically capable Architect to support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through documentation. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings and presentations, coordinating design information, and contributing to the overall quality and functionality of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing architectural concepts, design proposals, and presentation materials.
Preparing plans, elevations, sections, details, and other architectural drawings.
Producing clear and accurate design documentation in accordance with relevant standards and requirements.
Coordinating architectural information with consultants, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Assisting with design development, material selection, specifications, and project documentation.
Reviewing drawings and project information to identify inconsistencies and ensure design quality.
Supporting project coordination, design meetings, submissions, and related documentation.
Staying informed about architectural trends, materials, technologies, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, building systems, and construction methods.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
Strong visual, conceptual, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate architectural documentation.
Good understanding of building codes, regulations, standards, and planning requirements.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Creative mindset, professional attitude, and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
