Fullstack AI Engineer

About the job:
We're hiring a Full-Stack AI Engineer to build and ship production software and AI systems across real client and internal use cases. You'll work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and AI systems, with the flexibility to specialize more deeply in areas such as AI, backend, or frontend.
This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Hyderabad.

What You'll Do
TL;DR: Build end-to-end software products using modern frontend, backend, cloud, and AI technologies.
Build and ship full-stack product features across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and AI systems
Build modern frontend applications using React, Next.js, or similar
Build backend services and APIs in Python using FastAPI, Flask, or similar
Work with SQL and PostgreSQL databases
Build AI-powered applications using LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source models
Build RAG pipelines using embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and vector databases
Develop AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and multi-step LLM systems
Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and third-party services
Deploy, monitor, debug, and improve applications in production
Work closely with product, engineering, founders, and client teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
TL;DR: Strong software engineering fundamentals, Python, full-stack development experience, and hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.
You Are:
2 to 5 years into your engineering career as a professional
Strong in at least one area such as AI, backend, or frontend engineering
Comfortable working across the stack when needed
Someone who enjoys building complete products, not just isolated components
Comfortable learning new frameworks and technologies quickly
Someone who cares about building reliable production systems
Must-haves:
Strong Python programming skills
Experience building backend applications, services, or APIs in Python
Experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Working knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs
Understanding of RAG, embeddings, retrieval, and vector databases
Experience with prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool calling
Good understanding of APIs, software architecture, Git, testing, and production engineering fundamentals
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar
Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows
Experience with Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or similar
Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, tracing, or monitoring
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Docker, CI/CD, and production deployment experience
Experience with Redis, queues, asynchronous processing, or distributed systems
