Technical Recruiter

Role - IT Recruiter
Location - Sadashivanagar,Bangalore
Exp - 1 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, JobStreet, job portals, databases, and other channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and location.
Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring/client teams.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in the ATS/CRM.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Negotiate and discuss salary, notice period, availability, and other relevant details.
Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets.
Maintain good communication and relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Support the team in achieving monthly hiring and closure target
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition; freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Basic understanding of IT technologies, software roles, and technical skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other sourcing platforms preferred.
Strong candidate screening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and recruitment processes.
