About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Company Description
AgileHRO runs the infrastructure that lets companies hire anyone, anywhere, without setting up a local entity first. As an Employer of Record operating in 150+ countries with particular depth across APAC and LATAM, we handle payroll, compliance, and mobility for full-time employees, contractors, and distributed teams that would otherwise take months and a small legal team to manage. We're building towards a future of work where hiring across borders is as straightforward as hiring down the road.
Role Description
We're hiring a freelance Social Media Manager to run AgileHRO's presence across our core channels, full-time and fully remote. You'll own the campaign calendar end to end: planning, creating, scheduling, and optimising content built to grow engagement and visibility in a genuinely crowded HR-tech space. You'll track what's working through performance data and audience insight, then adjust in real time rather than sticking to a fixed plan. Expect close day-to-day collaboration with our internal team to keep messaging sharp and consistent, hands-on community management (comments, DMs, enquiries), and a standing mandate to bring us new formats and platform trends before they're obvious. This isn't a maintenance role: we want someone pushing the strategy, not just executing a calendar.
Qualifications
Strong social media marketing and social media optimisation (SMO) skills to manage and grow multiple platforms effectively.
Clear, professional communication and writing skills for crafting posts, captions, and community responses.
Content strategy skills to plan campaigns, define audience focused narratives, and maintain a cohesive brand voice.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic data interpretation to track performance and optimise content.
Experience managing social media for B2B or SaaS companies, especially in HR or tech, is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote, contract environment, meet deadlines, and coordinate with distributed teams.
Experience running paid campaigns in Meta Business Suite, from setup and targeting through to budget management and performance reporting.
Sound like you? Send us your CV along with the best social growth result you've driven, we'll take it from there.
