About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of a political leader and election campaign in Kumaon.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, X & YouTube.
Publish Reels, videos, graphics, photographs and campaign updates.
Write strong Hindi captions, headlines and hooks.
Maintain a daily content calendar and ensure timely posting.
Identify and coordinate with genuine local supporter, community and digital pages for content amplification.
Track local political trends, viral topics and competitor activity.
Monitor comments, mentions, criticism and digital reputation.
Coordinate approved responses with the campaign/content team.
Track reach, views, engagement, followers, shares and Reel performance.
Prepare a weekly digital performance report.
Candidate Profile
1–3+ years experience in social media/digital marketing preferred.
Experience with politicians, political campaigns, public figures or regional digital pages is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook, X and YouTube.
Excellent Hindi writing and communication skills.
Understanding of social-media trends, algorithms and viral content.
Proactive, fast-moving and comfortable working long hours during campaign events.
Willing to live and work in Kumaon.
Strong Preference
Candidates who can demonstrate:
Political/public-figure pages managed.
Reels with strong organic reach.
Follower growth achieved.
Local supporter/community-page network.
Knowledge of the Uttarakhand/Kumaon digital ecosystem.
Portfolio is mandatory.
