Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This individual will drive B2B sales of lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry, manage key accounts, and build long-term relationships with retailers and distributors in domestic and international markets. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and terms to close deals. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams on inventory planning, product selection, and order fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategy and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong B2B sales, business development, and account management skills within diamonds, gemstones, or luxury jewelry.
Candidates should possess skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling to build and retain high-value customers.
Candidates should possess skills in market research, forecasting, and pipeline management to plan and track sales performance.
Candidates should possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with domestic and international clients.
Candidates should possess organizational, time-management, and CRM or sales software skills to manage leads, contacts, and transactions efficiently.
Relevant experience (typically 5+ years) in diamond or jewelry sales, with exposure to lab-grown diamonds, is highly beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
