Site Supervisor | Civil Construction | 3–4 Years Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Site Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience in civil construction and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
Check the quality of workmanship and ensure proper construction practices.
Track daily work progress and coordinate activities according to project schedules.
Identify and report site issues, delays, and execution challenges to the project team.
Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, material requirements, and progress updates.
Coordinate with engineers and consultants for site inspections and technical clarifications.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project requirements.
Monitor measurements and quantities and support basic site documentation.
Ensure proper housekeeping and a safe working environment at the project site.
REQUIREMENTS
3-4 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings and construction details.
Knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and workmanship.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage workers, contractors, and day-to-day site activities.
Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
Willingness to work on-site and manage activities under project deadlines.
