Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for MERN Stack Developers and MERN Stack Interns based in Hyderabad. Team members will work on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building back-end APIs, integrating databases, debugging issues, and optimizing application performance. Developers and interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, document technical solutions, and follow best practices in software development. Interns will work under guidance to learn the MERN stack, contribute to ongoing projects, and gain hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining server-side applications.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), preferably using JavaScript and related frameworks.
Hands-on experience or coursework with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and RESTful API development.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
For developer roles: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
For intern roles: Current enrollment in a Computer Science or related program, with demonstrable projects or internships in web development.
Exposure to front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design) and basic understanding of deployment and CI/CD is an advantage.
