PAM Consultant (WALLIX), Czech based

We are looking for an experienced PAM Consultant with strong hands-on knowledge of WALLIX to join a long-term cybersecurity project.
The role will focus on Privileged Access Management processes, configuration and administration of PAM solutions, onboarding of privileged accounts and systems, and close cooperation with security, IAM, infrastructure and application teams.
The successful candidate should combine a strong understanding of PAM principles with practical WALLIX experience and be able to independently analyze requirements, recommend suitable solutions and support their implementation and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for Privileged Access Management and WALLIX.
Analyze business and technical requirements related to privileged access and translate them into appropriate PAM solutions.
Configure, administer and maintain the WALLIX environment.
Support onboarding of privileged accounts, users, servers, applications and other systems into the PAM solution.
Define and configure privileged access policies, roles, permissions and session management rules.
Support credential management, password vaulting and password rotation processes.
Review existing privileged access processes and recommend improvements in line with security best practices.
Cooperate with security, IAM, infrastructure, application and operations teams on PAM-related requirements and changes.
Support integration of WALLIX with Active Directory and other enterprise systems and services.
Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues related to privileged access.
Participate in PAM-related security reviews, audits and compliance activities.
Prepare and maintain PAM documentation, procedures and configuration standards.
Provide guidance and recommendations to internal teams regarding privileged access management processes and best practices.
Support continuous improvement of the organization's PAM processes, policies and overall privileged access environment.
Requirements
Strong practical experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Hands-on experience with WALLIX.
Experience with configuration, administration and operational support of PAM solutions.
Good understanding of privileged accounts, credential management, password vaulting, password rotation and privileged session management.
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity principles.
Experience with Active Directory and Windows and/or Linux environments.
Good understanding of access control concepts, least privilege, role-based access control and segregation of duties.
Ability to gather and analyze business and technical requirements and recommend suitable PAM solutions.
Experience working with technical and business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned PAM topics.
Strong communication and consulting skills.
