Graphic Design - Intern to Coordinator Role
Location: Jaipur
Duration: Full Time Permanent (2 months as intern and then converts to full-time employment)
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6:30 PM
We’re looking for a beginner who is creative, detail-oriented, willing to learn and excited to work hands-on.
What you’ll work on
Create graphics for Instagram, Stories, Reels and other social media
Design creatives for campaigns, launches and promotions
Assist with website banners, product graphics and other digital assets
Work on brand collaterals and marketing material
Assist with photoshoot requirements and basic image editing
Help create moodboards, layouts and visual concepts
Research design trends, references and visual inspiration
Work closely with the founders and design team to understand Phutari’s visual language and brand aesthetic
Assist with day-to-day design requirements across the business
Skills We’re Looking For
Basic understanding of graphic design and visual composition
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
A good eye for typography, layouts and details
Willingness to learn and experiment
Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
A portfolio or examples of college/personal design work would be a plus
Full-Time Opportunity
After the 2-month internship period, there will be an opportunity to move into a full-time Graphic Design Coordinator role, based on your performance and mutual fit.
As a beginner, you are not expected to know everything from day one. During the internship, we’ll help you understand the brand, improve your design skills and gradually take on more responsibility.
For the full-time role, we would expect you to be able to independently handle basic day-to-day design requirements, execute creatives with less supervision, understand brand guidelines and gradually take ownership of assigned design projects.
The full-time opportunity will be based on your learning, consistency, creativity, initiative, improvement and contribution during the internship.
