Under the supervision and guidance of the Preschool/School Age Supervisor, the Head Teacher is responsible for assisting in management of assigned site in the following areas: Administration Management, Program Content Management, Staff Team Management, and Community Relations. Accountability includes assisting in program quality management, program safety, staff relations, staff recognition, and training. The Head Teacher will work with other site staff in developing and enriching childcare activities. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 12:30 - 6:00 PM .
