About the team
Growth is the team at Paxos that builds and manages partnerships with our largest and most strategic enterprise clients. We work hand-in-hand with Paxos leadership and cross-functional partners to turn big ideas into live products, and to bring them to some of the most influential fintech, payments and financial institutions in the world.
About the role
The Director, Strategic Accounts sits at the intersection of some of our biggest enterprise relationships and our product vision. From sourcing new financial institution clients and negotiating sales to launching new products with executives at some of the largest enterprises in the world, your role is to turn strategic relationships into market-defining offerings. As an advocate for Paxos' regulation-first approach, you will partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to execute our strategy, use our resources wisely, and take new solutions from 0 to 1.
What you'll do
- Identify, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships with enterprise executives to launch cutting-edge products across the fintech and financial services sectors.
- Expand revenue streams for Paxos solutions by establishing new institutional relationships with asset managers, banks, brokerages, and more.
- Leverage your network to build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective institutional clients.
- Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including preparing presentations and proposals, conducting demos and product deep dives, and coordinating with internal teams to successfully onboard clients.
- Work hand-in-hand with Paxos leadership and relevant stakeholders to execute our strategy and leverage our resources strategically
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal & Finance to build new product solutions and take them to market
- Build a go-to-market plan for banks, brokerage and financial institutions alongside cross functional partners to set the direction, goals, timelines and milestones for the product build
- Represent Paxos externally in client meetings and at industry events, and stay informed on the regional market landscape and evolving competitors.

About you
- 10+ years working cross functionally in fintech / financial services / digital assets to launch new products from 0 to 1
- Significant experience within Financial Services
- Strong experience selling B2B enterprise technology into domestic and global enterprises, with a track record of winning new institutional clients
- A strong network across the institutional segment (banks, brokerages, corporate treasuries, pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices) that you can leverage to build pipeline
- Strong grasp of finance and technical concepts, with the ability to translate seamlessly between the two
- Experience building in a regulated fast moving and dynamic industry
You might also have
- Deep knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, with a particular focus on stablecoins
- A passion for working in highly dynamic and ambiguous environments where you've proven you can be successful despite challenges from internal and external factors
- Excitement for building things which have never been done or built before and have global impact to provide broader access to financial services for people’s lives.
