What You’ll Do
Create a welcoming, professional customer experience
Check in devices; explain repair options, pricing & timelines
Promote protection plans, accessories & additional services
Meet and exceed store sales goals
Provide updates and build customer trust through pickup
Manage POS transactions and organized front-of-house operations
Support overall store and team performance
What You Bring
Sales, retail, or customer service experience
Confidence in connecting with customers and closing sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented mindset and incentive-driven
Basic smartphone/consumer tech knowledge (preferred)
Organized, dependable, and comfortable in fast-paced retail
Flexible availability (evenings & weekends)
