Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP Sales-overall (12+ yrs) professional based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves driving SAP-related sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for SAP solutions. The individual will collaborate with clients to understand business processes, map requirements to SAP capabilities, and present tailored solution proposals. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering demos, coordinating with consulting and delivery teams, overseeing master data-related discussions, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, tracking pipeline performance, and providing strategic input on go-to-market plans for SAP offerings.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process and ability to translate client requirements into SAP solution opportunities.
Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs, build value-driven proposals, and support data-informed decision-making.
Experience in Consulting, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution advisory in SAP environments.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP FICO and related modules, with the ability to articulate functional and business benefits to customers.
Familiarity with Master Data concepts and their impact on SAP implementations, reporting, and overall business performance.
12+ years of overall experience in SAP-focused sales, account management, or business development, preferably in enterprise or consulting settings.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing complex deals, and working with cross-functional technical teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior business and IT stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees or SAP certifications are an advantage.
Comfort working in a hybrid model from Bengaluru, with readiness for client meetings, travel, and flexible collaboration as needed.
