Who you are
An independent recruiter, career coach, community leader, or tech influencer
Based in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Chile, Costa Rica, and Peru
Familiar with the software engineering market (bonus if you already recruit developers!)
Organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
What you’ll do
Promote open positions from Strider to your network
Guide candidates to complete their profiles and apply to roles through our platform
