About the role

Location: 100% remote
Duration: 3-6 month contract
Pay: $19.40/hr
· 0–3 years experience; 1-2 openings
· Basic technical/IT background
· Will mostly work alongside of a Project Manager; Might to a customer from time to time, needs to have strong communication and customer service skills
· Comfortable using a computer and MS Office
· Can log into portals and customer environments
· Can follow technical procedures/checklists
· Basic understanding of workstations/endpoints
· Willing and able to learn — they will train them on 100% of the tools
· Works closely with a Project Manager
· Strong communication and customer service
· Organized and able to track multiple customers/tasks
Day to day:
Onboarding customers
Receive list of customers/systems
Log into the appropriate portal
Push/install a tool to a workstation
Log into the workstation
Verify the tool was successfully deployed
Document/track completion
Report status back to the PM
Offboarding customers
Follow the reverse process
Remove/uninstall tools
Verify removal
Document completion
Report back to PM
