Seasonal Casual Retail Stylist

As we head into our busiest season of the year, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Casual Stylist to join our Karrinyup store. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous retail experience to support the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience during the peak trading period.
We’re looking for someone with strong availability and flexibility across November to January, including weekdays and weekends, to support the team and meet the demands of our busiest trading season.

Responsibilities:
Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets.
Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value.
Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.
Working alongside the State Manager and Store Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets.
Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
