The ideal candidate has experience in the AEC industry, is comfortable reading architectural drawings, and enjoys bringing structure and follow-through to complex projects.

Maintain project information and workflows in Asana and Slack
Track milestones, deliverables, approvals, pricing requests, and outstanding decisions
Manage smaller projects from client intake through estimating, scheduling, execution, and completion
Respond to routine client requests and coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
Prepare clean, client-facing proposals and presentations using Google Slides
Maintain estimating worksheets, pricing comparisons, budgets, schedules, and trackers using Google Sheets and/or Excel
Support Account Managers and the Director on larger projects, proposals, and client relationships
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in AEC or a related project-based industry, such as architecture, construction, fabrication, specialty contracting, environmental graphics, signage, millwork, metals, or design
Comfortable reading architectural and construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and dimensions
Experience with or familiarity with estimating, project pricing, budgets, and vendor coordination
Comfortable communicating directly with vendors and subcontractors to obtain and organize pricing
Strong Google Sheets and/or Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, pricing comparisons, and project trackers
Strong Google Slides skills and an ability to create clean, well-organized client-facing presentations
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
