Responsibilities:
Build, refine, and maintain multi-year financial models
Develop financial projections and valuation models for fundraising
Conduct company valuations using various methodologies
Create scenario models to evaluate financial impacts
Analyze variances and provide corrective action recommendations
Partner with founders on budgeting and forecasting
Define and report key metrics for valuation
Design and deliver investor-grade reporting packages
Collaborate with bookkeeping and accounting teams for data integrity
Preferred Skills & Tools:
Strong Financial modeling skills (3-statement, scenario/sensitivity analysis, cohort/unit economics)
Strong accounting fundamentals (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow; accruals vs cash)
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage Intacct)
Qualifications:
+1 Years of experience as a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate or a related role.
Fluent English, both verbal and written.
Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
High level of motivation and persistence.
Energetic and upbeat.
Team player.
