Required Skills.
Strong Python development experience with strong OOP and design patterns experience.
Experience building and consuming APIs.
Experience developing Python SDKs and libraries that enable other teams to consume data and functionality.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI for API development.
AWS familiarity – ECS Tasks, EC2, Lambda, IAM roles, Monitoring.
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Testing frameworks including pytest.
Git and collaborative development workflows.
Nice to Have.
Front-end/UI knowledge would be considered a plus, but it is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Python-based applications and services.
• Build high-performance, multi-threaded and multi-process applications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services.
• Integrate applications with cloud services and enterprise systems.
• Design and optimize data models and database structures.
• Design and implement data ingestion, transformation, and distribution pipelines.
• Process and analyze large datasets using Pandas and NumPy.
• Build monitoring and data quality controls.
• Support analytical and quantitative initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain production applications.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues.
