Overall management and leadership of the CTC’s service business and operations activities.
Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
Responsibilities may include service sales and effective implementation of service sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin goals, and maximize service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Develops and implements Operations strategies that improve service delivery and provide additional value to customers in a cost effective manner.
Supervise Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery. (Service Coordinators will be direct reports)
The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the CTC 217 & 218 market.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
What You’ll Need
Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model - guide, develop and mentor others within the department.
Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control (e.g. gross margin calculations).
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
Developing project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).

Requirements
Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience: (but not required):
3-5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering
Previous supervisory
Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
