Paramedic or Emergency Medical Technician

We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Paramedic or EMT to join our team in Hastings!
This is a fixed term position for 7 months, working fulltime on a 4 x 4 DDNN Red Watch roster.
We are looking for an experienced Paramedic or EMT who is adaptable and can settle into our team with ease, work alongside both paid and volunteer staff and provide a high level of care to our patients. The ideal applicants would have a positive demeanour, willingness to contribute to station portfolios, and champion clinical excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current St John Authority to Practice at Paramedic level or Emergency Medical Technician
Current Registration and Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from Te Kaunihera Manapou Paramedic Council (if a Paramedic applicant)
Excellent operational and clinical performance to date
Excellent driving record
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
A genuine commitment to the wellbeing of others
The ability to work under pressure
Evidence of CCE
