Lionchase North America is seeking motivated interns interested in private equity, investments, real estate, and financial services. Interns will be assigned to projects based on their experience and skill set.
Possible work may include investment and market research, financial analysis, Excel modeling, company or property analysis, due diligence, valuation, and preparation of investment materials.
For candidates with real estate experience, assignments may include property underwriting, comparable sales, ARV, renovation/project costs, acquisition analysis, and real estate market research.
For candidates with broader investment or financial-services experience, assignments may include investment research, market analysis, financial analysis, portfolio-related research, business development, and data analysis. Vestted is focused on investment advisory and financial-services activities.
Preferred Background / Experience:
Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business, or Business Analytics
Financial modeling / Excel
Investment or equity research
Real estate finance or underwriting
Valuation, ROI, IRR, NPV, or cash-flow analysis
Market and industry research
Private equity, investment banking, financial services, or asset management experience is a plus
Format: Remote
Commitment: Approximately 10–15 hours per week
Internship: Voluntary / unpaid
