Japanese Data Annotator

Overview
We are looking for Japanese-native Data Annotators to perform language and audio data labeling tasks that support AI model training. This position is ideal for individuals fluent in Japanese, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to AI data development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data labeling and preference annotation in Japanese using Label Studio.
Follow detailed instructions and workflows provided by the project team.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and productivity across annotation tasks.
Communicate effectively with the team and report any annotation ambiguities.
Qualifications
Native-level fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, and listening).
Good understanding of English for following task instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Prior experience in data labeling or transcription preferred, not required.
Compensation
Based on experience (competitive within Japanese market rates).
Dedicated, full-time position (not shared across clients).
Tools & Support
Label Studio platform with full training provided.
Quality validation through random sampling checks.
Loom video and documentation support from the client.
