Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Executives in the Banking Domain, based in Kochi. Sales Executives will identify and engage prospective banking clients, present Zeckho IT Services’ outsourcing and IT-enabled solutions, and support the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Daily tasks include conducting market research within the banking sector, making outbound calls, scheduling and attending client meetings, and preparing proposals and presentations. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements, and following up to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction. Sales Executives are expected to meet assigned sales targets, comply with organizational policies, and represent the company professionally in all client-facing activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and present solutions clearly to banking clients.
Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.

Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
Relevant educational background in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred; 0–1 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles is suitable.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM or sales-tracking systems, along with the ability to learn new software platforms, will be beneficial.
