Search Engine Optimization Manager

An SEO Manager leads organic search strategy and manages a team of specialists to improve website visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
Objective: Drive sustainable, long-term organic search traffic, oversee technical and content optimization, and mentor a high-performing SEO team.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmaps: Develop and execute comprehensive organic SEO strategies, keyword research roadmaps, and content gap analyses.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of SEO specialists and content writers, assigning tasks and tracking performance metrics.
Technical SEO: Oversee website audits, fix crawling and indexing issues, and work with web developers to improve site architecture and loading speed.
On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: Guide content optimization for user intent and direct ethical link-building campaigns to boost domain authority.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor organic KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs to report ROI and trends to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3–5+ years in organic SEO with proven leadership or team management experience.
Industry: Must have iGaming /Online Gambling and sportsbetting industry.
Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, HTML/CSS basics, and CMS platforms.
Tool Mastery: Expertise in Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and enterprise SEO software (Semrush/Ahrefs).
Communication: Strong leadership skills to align cross-functional teams (content, design, engineering) toward organic growth goals.
Amenable to work in a pemanently WFH Set up/ Full time
Working Days and Hours: Monday to friday; 10hours per day Indonesian Timezone
